Beginning as a seasonal food truck in 2009, Big Gay Ice Cream has been named best ice cream parlor--as well as best food truck--in the country, along with numerous other accolades. It’s been a blast creating everything from the iconic rainbow ice cream cone logo, to designing and illustrating the Big Gay Ice Cream Book, to wrapping an entire truck with trippy double dippy rainbow flavored graphics, and everything in between. I love a client that tells me to go wild with my imagination and then pushes me even further. When they needed a choking poster for the first shop and I suggested Bea Arthur doing the Heimlich maneuver on a unicorn they didn’t bat an eye lash.
